We are looking for an engaged and solution-focused operations manager with strong leadership skills who wants to take on a new and exciting role. Here, you will combine operational responsibility with strategic work to develop our operations and management. You will be a key person in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while inspiring and motivating colleagues to succeed.
You will be part of the Technology and Energy section, which consists of 11 colleagues with various experiences, who are eager to share knowledge and support each other. Together, we focus on daily operations and driving development to achieve our common goals.
As an operations manager with us, you will have significant authority and be responsible for the daily operations and management of the company's technical property systems for heating, water, electricity, ventilation, and cooling. It is a broad assignment where many things can happen simultaneously, so it is important that you see the big picture, can prioritize, and delegate.
Responsibilities
A selection of your responsibilities and tasks:
- Lead, plan, and prioritize daily operations
- Be responsible for our operational optimization work
- Be responsible for investigation work within operations and management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in budget and forecasting work for daily operations
- Plan maintenance of our technical systems together with our maintenance manager
- Represent operations and management in business development projects and process management work
We have a strong focus on ensuring effective and well-functioning operations and management, where your role as operations manager is crucial for our success. In this role, you will work closely and report to the head of Technology and Energy.
Qualifications
You have documented experience in leadership. You should have at least 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry and a relevant education in property, construction, or engineering, or equivalent work experience. A driver's license (B) is required.
Personal qualities
As a person, you are structured, organized, and enjoy identifying and solving problems. You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
You have a good understanding and knowledge of technical property operations and property automation. You also have the ability to communicate with employees, contractors, and tenants.
