Field Engineer at Skåne Hansa Engineering

Job Description

As a Field Engineer at Skåne Hansa Engineering, you will be offered a varied and responsible everyday life where you manage several parallel projects. The projects involve new construction or renovation of both commercial and private properties.

As a Field Engineer, you will accompany site visits, document the project, prepare reports, and formulate quotes based on the client's needs.

Once the project is secured, you will be responsible for creating clear and practically usable drawings in AutoCAD, as well as formulating work descriptions for craftsmen and other involved teams.

You will have ongoing contact with both craftsmen and clients, be responsible for schedules and material flows, and handle any changes and additional work. Most of your working hours will be spent on-site, primarily in Malmö and Copenhagen, but sometimes also in other locations further up the country.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and solution-oriented with a natural ability to lead and motivate others. To succeed as a Field Engineer at Skåne Hansa Engineering, you need to be structured and able to handle challenging situations constructively.

Requirements for the position:

Practical experience as a craftsman (e.g., carpenter, concrete worker, mason, or similar)
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Driver's license B

Meritorious:

Education in construction, such as construction engineer or project engineer
Experience with AutoCAD
