About the Role

At Holmströms Rör, you are offered a position as a leading plumbing installer on one of their larger contracting projects in southern Skåne. In this role, you will take responsibility for the installation on site and plan the work in close collaboration with the site manager, foreman, and project management. You are a key person on site and act as a team leader for your installation team while also actively participating in production.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading and distributing the daily work on the contracting project

- Ensuring that the project follows the schedule, drawings, and technical specifications

- Acting as the contact person for site and project management

- Contributing to an efficient and well-functioning collaboration on site

- Actively participating in the installation of plumbing systems such as heating, water, sewage, and cooling

About You

You have documented experience as a plumbing installer and have previously held a leading role or feel ready to take the next step. You are self-driven, structured, and enjoy motivating others and creating a good team spirit.

To succeed in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, responsible, and have good communication skills. You like to have an overview and structure but are also unpretentious and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You serve as a role model in the workplace and have a positive energy that inspires your colleagues.

- This position is a direct recruitment to Holmströms Rör

- Start: By agreement

- Location: Southern Skåne (office in Malmö)

- Scope: 100%

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00

- Salary: Based on piecework principles and regulated by the Technical Installation Agreement
