About the position

As a recruiter, you will belong to our team in Linköping and work with several of our existing clients in the public sector in Östergötland and surrounding areas. We are a business-oriented team that works with staffing and recruitment services for professionals. It is important for us that you are a relationship builder and desire close collaboration with our clients and consultants.

The role is varied, and the tasks include requirement profiling, advertising, selection, interviews, presentation of candidates, and recruitment for our clients. You will also support our consultant manager in personnel planning and regular check-ins/follow-ups regarding, for example, the consultant's goals and expectations.

This is a full-time recruitment position, and the start date can be adjusted to your current notice period.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and goal-oriented. You have a background in recruitment or consulting and have worked in recruitment before. Additionally, you are motivated by business and results, as well as by creating valuable relationships with both clients and candidates.

Employment type

Permanent full-time employment. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Location: Platensgatan 8 in Linköping.
