We are currently looking for more awesome customer service representatives for our center in Lindholmen, Gothenburg!

Responsibilities

In your role as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with various payment solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-notch customer service, and your day will be filled with inquiries regarding invoices and payment reminders, primarily through incoming phone calls, but emails may also occur.

The customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00, so your shifts will include both daytime and evening hours. The position starts with a paid training where you will learn both the technical aspects of the job and how to provide the best customer service.

About you

However, to fit in here, we believe you are positive and helpful, have good communication skills, and can make quick decisions. You are also efficient, take responsibility for your tasks, and easily adapt to new situations.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Completed high school education
• Clean criminal record
• No payment remarks

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or another service profession
• Interest in finance
