Healthcare Teacher for Adult Education in Vansbro Municipality

The Learning Sector is responsible for all municipal activities within preschool, primary school, after-school care, adapted primary school, secondary school, adult education, and Vansbro Dance and Music School. You will

• contribute to the development of the business together with your healthcare teacher colleagues
• be in contact with the municipality's workplaces in healthcare to arrange APL placements, as well as follow up and evaluate these
• teach several courses simultaneously based on individuals' study plans
• work with validation of knowledge.

You must have

• be a licensed healthcare and nursing teacher or have equivalent competence
• be well acquainted with our governing documents
• good experience working with various digital learning platforms
• good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Before employment, degree certificates and licenses, as well as a valid extract from the National Police Board's criminal record, must be submitted.

It is meritorious if you also have

• a nursing education or other healthcare education that the employer deems relevant for the position
• previous experience in planning and teaching within the healthcare and nursing program at high school and/or adult education
• experience working with APL placements is meritorious
• knowledge and experience in validation.
