The job involves a position at Karlbo school, which is one of the municipality's smaller schools. We are looking for someone who wants to work at a small school where everyone knows each other and where we collectively take responsibility for creating good learning environments for our students. The school is characterized by a health profile, where movement is planned in the schedule several times a week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position includes teaching in the subjects of music and wood and metal craft. Some art teaching may also be included. You will be part of the middle school team at Karlbo school.

Together with the school's other teams and the student health team, we work to provide value and learning for the whole child's school day. We combine the small school's short decision-making paths, closeness, and family-like atmosphere with clear routines and systematic approaches to make it easy to do the right thing.

We are looking for someone with a relational approach to students, good collaboration skills with guardians and colleagues, as well as an open and flexible attitude. In a small school, teamwork becomes a very important success factor. You are positive and see solutions instead of obstacles. In the recruitment process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Experience and knowledge of meeting children in need of adjustments and support are meritorious. We value being a school that offers an accessible learning environment throughout the child's school day, where the approach is always that children do right if they can.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license to be able to offer a permanent position.

You have experience working in a school.

You have good knowledge of tools and materials related to wood and metal craft.

You are clear and communicative in both speech and writing.
