Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that children feel curiosity and a desire to learn. You lay the foundation for lifelong learning. You plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate the education together with colleagues based on the preschool's curriculum. You contribute to creating a holistic approach to children's learning through play, creativity, influence, and interaction with colleagues. Collaboration with parents is an important part of the work.

Qualifications

You are a licensed preschool teacher, preferably with experience working in preschools. You have knowledge of the preschool curriculum, basic IT skills, and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Training in TAKK, ICDP, NTA, and Läslyftet is an advantage. Knowledge of outdoor education, the significance of learning environments for children's development, drama, music, and gender is also meritorious.

As a person, you are proactive and work well with others. You have good pedagogical insight and the ability to maintain a holistic perspective. You are willing to share ideas and new approaches, and you remain calm in stressful situations.

Conditions

The position is a 75% temporary contract during the period 250811-260630. A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record must be presented before employment.
