We are now looking for a Shut Down Manager based in Frövi.
You will be part of our Maintenance Department team in Frövi and Rockhammar with the aim of ensuring high operational reliability, efficiency, and long-term profitability for the business. You will work alongside dedicated colleagues in maintenance, production, and project management to jointly develop and improve our work processes.
As a Shut Down Manager, you will be particularly responsible for driving and developing our maintenance and shutdown work. Our production runs around the clock, every day of the year, which means that each shutdown requires careful planning and a deep understanding of how all parts of the business are interconnected. You will play a key role in ensuring effective resource planning, cost control, and high safety standards while continuously improving our routines to enhance operational reliability. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external resources, where you will work year-round on long-term planning, follow-up, and improvement measures to optimize operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the shutdown planning process, including scheduling, cost tracking, and resource planning
- Leading the work around maintenance shutdowns from preparation to follow-up, in accordance with our annual cycle.
- Driving improvement measures to optimize our maintenance processes.
- Participating and acting as maintenance responsible in projects.
- Ensuring that safety work in your area is conducted according to applicable laws and internal procedures.

Qualifications
To succeed in the role of Shut Down Manager, you have:
- A completed technical university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in leadership within maintenance in the process industry, or you have successfully led larger maintenance projects within the process industry.
- Good understanding of maintenance processes from the process industry.
- Understanding of financial management and budget handling related to maintenance.
