At Forna Stål & Montage AB, you will be part of a close-knit team where we support each other and always strive to deliver high quality. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and work on exciting projects within construction steelwork and steel structures.

As a site manager with us, you will have a varied and responsible role where you work both administratively and on-site in various projects. You will plan, lead, and follow up on work, measure and sketch on-site before manufacturing and assembly, and ensure that the work is carried out according to our quality and certification requirements.

The role also includes coordination with clients, subcontractors, and employees to ensure an efficient work process. You will work closely with our production team and play a key role in driving projects forward with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with experience in management within construction, construction steelwork, or a similar industry. You are a driven and social person who enjoys collaborating and leading teams. To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as basic computer skills. Experience with the Hantverksdata system is an advantage, and a B driver's license is required.

It is beneficial if you have experience in welding and reading drawings, cost estimation work, and have worked with certifications such as ISO 3834 and 1090. If you also have an IW 90 certification, customer experience, and a good understanding of the construction industry's requirements and processes, we see this as a significant plus.
