Your Mission

In the role of Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain solutions that interpret, process, and store large amounts of collected data. Furthermore, you will also develop user applications that make data available for use in the organization's intelligence production. The world is changing, and so is our data. Therefore, continuous development occurs as new requirements and needs arise.

You will be part of a team with overall responsibility for its systems. The team works agilely with its own responsibility for the development and operation of the entire stack.

The team collaborates closely with other parts of the production of analysis and processing capabilities. Both with end-users and other technical teams that provide the system with data.

You Can

You have the following skills/experience:

• Strong knowledge of Java
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• University degree in computer engineering, systems science, or equivalent, or acquired corresponding competence through work experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

For us, it is important that you are curious, humble, and have a drive to learn new things. It is also an advantage for the position if you have experience from one or more of the following areas:

More Information

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes by bus from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. A requirement for employment is a passed security clearance with a background check. The security clearance will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act.
