About the role and your team: As an AI Engineer, you will work hands-on to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that create business value. You will be part of a team of 40 skilled specialists in Data and Analytics based in Stockholm and will also be part of our national AI team.

Your daily work is varied and may include everything from implementing and adapting AI solutions for clients to identifying use cases, shaping strategies, and participating in internal initiatives such as workshops, knowledge sharing, or presales, depending on your profile and interests. We often work within Microsoft's AI ecosystem but always choose the technology that fits best for each assignment.

About you: We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in AI or ML who enjoys working both technically and close to the business. You are confident in your skills, like to work independently, and have experience implementing AI solutions in real-world environments.

We would like you to have experience in some of the following areas:

• Generative AI and LLM-based solutions

• AI-driven search functions or document intelligence

• AI agents and automation

• Microsoft Azure AI platform (e.g., OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search) or similar

• Data understanding – preferably with a background in BI or data engineering

• Python, API integrations, cloud services

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and communicative. You have a good ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. And of course, like us, you have a great interest in seeing AI used in practice!

You are fluent in Swedish and English.
