ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our client is on a mission to enhance customer experience and loyalty while ensuring their operations are efficient, scalable, and future-proof. You will be a key person in providing the organization with the right tools and configuration to create the best conditions for success.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect who can optimize and further develop Salesforce in line with our strategic goals and growing business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders in the organization, external partners, and suppliers to ensure that requirements are gathered, communicated clearly, and understood to evaluate platform implementation and changes.

Recharge uses Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing our processes across these technologies to optimize operations according to their strategic requirements. You will be part of the Tech organization, which has overall responsibility for all software systems related to charging infrastructure, public cloud platforms, and IT systems. Their team is growing, and everyone who joins will contribute to several areas and is expected to work independently as well as collaborate with the rest of the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and develop Salesforce functionality to support business and organizational strategies.
• Create scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the business needs.
• Optimize operations through workflows, automation, and best practices.
• Be responsible for data migration, data quality, and system integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct workshops, training, and demonstrations to ensure system usage.
• Stay updated on Salesforce developments and industry trends.
• Propose and implement improvements to increase system efficiency.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with high quality.
• Manage change and drive user adoption across different departments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical Salesforce implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configurations (Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud).
• Experience in CRM process design and implementation, including process integration.
• Knowledge of low-code automation and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce languages (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL) is a plus.
• Understanding of risk management, security, and best practices within Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in an international work environment.
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages is a plus.
