This is your assignment
In this role, you will have a varied and developing job in information management. The different functions of the group work closely together to ensure that the Security Police's information in the authority's document and case management system is handled correctly and efficiently.
As you and your group have an important cross-functional role, communication and collaboration are essential parts of the job and prerequisites for success in the assignment. You and the group will have continuous cooperation with employees throughout the authority, with a strong focus on support and training.
You will actively participate in the development work of the organization and contribute to ensuring that the right working methods and tools are available. Job satisfaction, engagement, and sharing knowledge are a given for the group.
Your main tasks:
- Provide daily user support in the authority's case and document management system.
- Administer permissions and processes through the administration interface.
- Plan and develop training materials.
- Conduct training for new and existing users.
- Participate in the work of establishing manuals and routines.
- Administer existing forms and templates and develop new forms and templates in the system upon request.
- Register, prioritize, and specify development needs to the technical development team and test new solutions.
- Participate in projects for further development of the system.
Your placement is at the headquarters in Solna, and the work is performed on-site, which means you do not have the option to work remotely. Travel within Sweden may occur.
The qualifications we are looking for
Only those who meet the following requirements will be considered for the position.
Requirements:
- Education in system administration, system management, or information management, or other education deemed equivalent by the Security Police.
- At least two years of current experience in administration and support of case and document management systems or other information management systems.
- Experience in training and information dissemination.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
If you are applying, you may also have competencies that add breadth and complementary perspectives. If you can contribute with one or more of the following, it is meritorious:
- Experience in creating user documentation and training materials.
- Experience in form and template management.
- Experience in requirement specification and testing.
- Experience in working within public administration.
- Good knowledge of regulations regarding administrative law, freedom of information and confidentiality legislation, information security, and/or security protection legislation.
- Experience in driving projects, change work, and/or development work.

The Security Police places high demands on security and confidentiality; therefore, we expect you to have a high security awareness and a great understanding of information security in relation to information management.
