We are looking for you who: Are you skilled in SharePoint, Teams, and Viva? Do you have experience in creating smart solutions in Microsoft 365 and want to help build modern, user-friendly work environments? We are now looking for two driven SharePoint consultants for an assignment where you will work on developing and optimizing solutions in close collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

About the assignment As a consultant, you will work on creating and customizing Microsoft 365 solutions to support the needs of the business. You will play a central role in designing Teams templates, integrating news feeds, and implementing Viva dashboards – always focusing on user-friendliness, security, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Create and configure Teams templates
• Link news feeds from SharePoint to Teams
• Develop and implement dashboards in Viva
• Create homepages for production in Teams
• Manage MFA (multi-factor authentication) and dynamic groups
• Configure and manage permissions in Microsoft 365
• Test and ensure quality of solutions before delivery
• Document solutions and processes for smooth handover
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to teams and stakeholders

We are looking for you who have:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Viva
• Experience with admin portals in Microsoft 365
• Ability to create Teams templates and link external flows
• Good knowledge of MFA, dynamic groups, and alternative solutions
• Strong skills in testing and quality assurance
• Ability to document technical work in a structured manner
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• A humble and collaborative working style

Meritorious:

• Experience in implementing Microsoft 365 tools and change management for both administrative and operational staff.

• Experience working in an agile environment.
