Communication Officer for the International Communication Center
The Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit (FMTIS) is now looking for a Communication Officer for the International Communication Center (SbC INT) at the Armed Forces Headquarters (HKV). The International Communication Center collaborates with the Headquarters' International Expedition (EXP INT). The primary task is to support the Headquarters' international operations with communication services and information management.
Main Responsibilities
As a Communication Officer at the International Communication Center, you will work with information management of an international nature. By working in some of the command support systems used at the Headquarters, you will be an important part of the communication both within the authority and between the Armed Forces and other states within the framework of international cooperation. You will also be a key part of the section's continued development and coordination of information management.
Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education
- Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Meritorious
- Familiarity and knowledge of the Armed Forces and its command levels
- Previous service in the Armed Forces or another authority within total defense
- Completed military service, GMU or previous engagement in a volunteer organization
- Experience in information management
- Experience working with classified information
- Experience in signal protection
- Trained signal protection instructor and/or signal protection manager
- Relevant academic education
- Driving license B

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period for those who are not already employed by the Armed Forces. Start date is according to agreement. Work location: Stockholm. The position is civilian.
