About the job

The IT department at the Swedish Tax Agency is one of the largest in Sweden, with a large and complex IT environment. We have received an expanded mission that means we will provide secure IT operations services to more authorities. Therefore, we are now expanding our team responsible for Red Hat Linux platform development. Together with knowledgeable and innovative colleagues, you will contribute to the Swedish Tax Agency's mission to create societal benefit.

You will be part of a team that works with a DevOps focus. Together, the team works on maintaining and developing the Swedish Tax Agency's RHEL platform and Red Hat OpenShift container platform. The team is responsible for maintaining, identifying improvements, designing, and developing the platforms for the Swedish Tax Agency's current and future platforms, based on both our own VmWare platform and cloud services.

About you

You should also have:

• current and relevant work experience in developing RedHat Linux platforms
• current and relevant experience in automation using, for example, Bash and/or Ansible.

It is desirable that you have experience working in complex virtual infrastructure environments with high security requirements. It is also desirable that you have experience with Red Hat Satellite. Knowledge of hardening and security-enhancing measures for infrastructure and platforms is also desirable.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
