Do you have a few years of experience as a developer in Pega and want to work with a business-critical system within Skandia's mortgage process? Then this role could be your next challenge!

Working as a System Developer in Pega

As a system developer with us, you will become part of our agile team, which includes both business developers and IT developers. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the development of process automation in the lending area based on the Pega platform. You will manage the implementation of new processes and develop existing ones.

You will be part of an engaged team consisting of two testers, five developers, a specialist, and a product owner. We are an English-speaking team, which means that all communication and documentation is done in English. In this role, you will report to one of our group managers within IT Bank.

We are all located in Stockholm and work in a hybrid model, which means we meet in the office three days a week.

To Succeed in the Role

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as a developer in Pega. You can communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing. As a person, you thrive in an environment where collaboration and communication are crucial for success in the role. Additionally, you have a natural curiosity to learn new things in system development and enjoy driving your own and others' development forward.

Extra merits for the role include experience in frontend, such as the React framework, working in an agile context, and the ability to communicate in Swedish.
