Job Description:

Our client is facing exciting challenges and is now looking for more production engineers for Structures! An absolute requirement for the position is that you are fluent in Swedish and have good English. We are looking for driven and passionate employees who want to make a difference!

Key Responsibilities:

• You work in a team within a value stream where your mission is, together with your team, to ensure that deliveries are made at the right quality, at the right cost and on time.
• You work daily to ensure quality and delivery and, more long-term, to implement planned improvement assignments.
• You coordinate activities related to tool manufacturing, tool design, production preparation, method technology and CAM/NC.
• The focus is robustness and zero defects, which we achieve through a mindset with a 100% focus on quality and with the help of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC and Problem Solving.
• Strong teams are fundamental to achieving our goals, to which you within the team contribute both with your competence, curiosity and team spirit to create a working climate with a winning culture.
• You have a close dialogue with operators and other technicians in your daily work and participate in dialogue with customers regarding production technology issues.
• You participate in technology development and industrialize new methods, processes and working methods to meet strategies within the area and on the product.
Requirements:

• Qualifications: Academic bachelor's degree, university studies or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, Problem Solving. Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• You as a person: To thrive in this role, you must be a team player with a will to win.
• You have your own drive and willingness to learn new things, both in working methods and technologies.
• You enjoy working in a team, are fearless and independent.
• You do not give up until you have received an answer or found a solution.
