We are looking for a Project Manager, Compensation & Benefits for our client

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of C&B and be part of an engaged team within People & Culture. You will have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating projects with a strong connection to HR systems and processes – primarily related to the implementation of a new Job Architecture in systems such as MD&ITS and MyHR.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects at the intersection of Compensation & Benefits and IT/system functions
  • Participate in the client's project governance model, follow up on status and budget, and prepare materials for decision points
  • Ensure the project stays on track and delivers according to plan
  • Contribute to other C&B initiatives and manage priorities, dependencies, and coordination of the IT budget
  • Coordinate other initiatives within People & Talent Development

We are looking for someone who has

  • Several years of experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Relevant higher education, for example in HR, finance, or IT
  • Expertise in HR processes and HR-related systems
  • It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience from assignments with similar system support and governance models
