About this opportunity

Welcome to Technology Business Intelligence and Analytics. You’ll join Group Technology Office, where the Business Intelligence unit ensures transparency and analytics to support data-driven management decisions and provide insights.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be providing data analytics and developing new BI solutions as well as enhancing existing BI setup:

• Develop dynamic dashboards to create valuable insights for senior management and stakeholders across the organisation
• Build analytical models and provide data driven scenario/ predictive analysis
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and advisor in strategic initiatives
• Solve the puzzle of integrating data sources
• Develop processes and governance to ensure the right level of information quality

Furthermore, we expect you to take ownership and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisations.

You will be joining a team scoring the top 10% Employee Satisfaction score across Nordea. Your colleagues are highly competent and motivated group with a great team spirit who are sitting in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Gdynia/Gdansk.

Your interest consists not only in the technical tools, but you also have a natural curiosity in business processes and the data related to it, ensuring we can get the best insights of the data through story telling and user friendly solutions.

Your experience and background:

• Academic degree in Data science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in data modelling, database- and BI tools
• Outgoing and eager to learn
• Great analytical skills, self-driven and well organized with a keen eye for details and quality
• It is seen as an advantage if you have experience with Alteryx and 3+ years experience with Power BI
• It is also seen as an advantage if you are experienced in working with finance in financial institutions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
