Role Description:

We are looking for a driven and engaged SharePoint Consultant to be part of the current team and contribute to the development of modern digital solutions. In this role, you will work on creating, developing, and improving SharePoint environments to ensure effective and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize SharePoint sites and pages in SharePoint Modern.

• Work on the design and structuring of the intranet's homepage, sites, pages, and news.

• Work with Viva Dashboard, production homepages, and integration of scheduling tools.

• Collaborate with project members and other teams to achieve common goals.

• Manage dynamic groups, configuration, permission settings, and documentation.

• Communicate technical solutions clearly and pedagogically to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work on troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure stable and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

• Knowledge of SharePoint development, software development methodologies, and version control.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 tools and change management.

• Experience integrating external systems into Teams.

• Knowledge of IT processes.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience digitalizing collaboration and communication for frontline workers and managers.

• Ability to create solutions tailored to user needs, such as schedule viewing in Teams.

• A team player with strong collaboration skills.
