JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute, you will provide relief for the unit when regular staff are absent and serve as reinforcement when extra resources are needed. With us, you will become part of the team that works together based on the curriculum, where you will get to experience different working methods. The tasks vary, but close contact with children, students, educators, and guardians is central to the assignment.

We apply a smoke-free working time.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone with a childcare education or someone studying a pedagogical program, such as preschool teacher, leisure teacher, or educator. The work also suits those who want to work extra alongside other studies or who want to try working in these areas to gain experience in pedagogical work before pursuing future education.

The overall assignment means that you will replace regular staff who need to be absent at short notice, often the same morning.

We want you to have good communication skills, be easy to collaborate with, and have a pleasant demeanor.

To succeed in the role, you possess a high degree of flexibility, availability, and good adaptability.
