Do you have experience leading and distributing work in large earthworks and civil engineering projects? Is leadership and quality close to your heart? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced site managers in earthworks and civil engineering.

We accept applications continuously and match them with requests from our clients and contractors. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

In the role of site manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing work while ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained, with quality upheld. It is a developing role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and work environments in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in earthworks or civil engineering projects, of which at least 2-3 years as a site manager for civil engineering/earthworks contracts.

Competence

We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex earthworks and civil engineering projects where multiple technical components interact, such as asphalt, curbs, pipes, water and sewage, excavation, sheet piling, and blasting.
• Procurement
• AMA
• Regulation
• Project economics and scheduling

Meritorious is a construction engineering education from a university or vocational college, as well as experience with personnel responsibilities in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most commonly used digital tools.
