We are looking for someone who:

Our client has received a land allocation for condominiums in Tensta, a project that deviates from the company's usual focus on rental apartments. To ensure a professional and businesslike execution of this unique assignment, we are now looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in residential development and condominium transactions.

The assignment includes:

• Advising on the design of the building rights with regard to condominium allocation

• Preparation of investment calculations related to condominium projects

• Analytical work in the following areas:

• Condominium apartments: target group, apartment sizes, distribution, contributions, association economy

• Row houses

• Parking

• Active ground floors

• Identifying business-critical elements in both the planning and execution phases

• Defining the project developer's business model and investment calculations

• Proposing an organizational structure for effective management of a condominium transaction

• Ongoing advice throughout the project's duration

Profile:

We are looking for someone with solid experience in managing projects with condominium allocation, preferably from both the public and private sectors. You are analytical, business-driven, and accustomed to working closely with both project development and management.

Requirements:

• University/Higher Education in property development/construction/economics or other relevant education for the assignment
• Experience with investment calculations for condominiums
• Experience with business strategies for new production of condominiums
• Good knowledge of building rights related to allocation forms

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and have a strong drive. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are willing to take your own initiatives.
