Who are you?

We are now looking for someone with at least five years of experience in leadership within the infrastructure/civil engineering industry. To feel comfortable in the role, it is essential that you are self-driven and can quickly familiarize yourself with new projects. Your character is marked by being solution-oriented, results-oriented, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Additionally, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience leading production as a work leader.
• Experience in earthworks, civil engineering, and/or infrastructure.
• Has good knowledge of the company's regulations, AMA.
• Concrete class 1.
• Communicates well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and has a good ability to be clear.
• Driver's license B is a requirement.
