About the role

As a Project Manager at Dustcontrol, you will be the heart of the installation projects – from start to finished installation. No project is the same; they can range from a few weeks to several years and vary in size and complexity. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with salespeople, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth processes and impressive results.

In your daily work, you will:

• Lead and coordinate installation projects with responsibility for time, budget, and quality.
• Create project plans, follow up on progress, and ensure timelines and goals are met.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to create successful collaborations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and business development during ongoing projects.

You are a person who takes initiative and drives projects forward with structure and determination. With your communication skills, you create good relationships both internally and externally and do not hesitate to set demands when necessary. You thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving and analytical thinking are part of everyday life.

Requirements:

• Technical education in construction technology, mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent competence.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with business systems.
• Driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Meritorious:

• Experience in project management within the construction or installation industry.
• Experience in contract law and budget work.
