Role description:

The client is the authority responsible for ensuring that the electricity transmission system is safe, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective – today and in the future. The client is an authority operated as a state-owned enterprise. The client has over 1500 employees, most of whom work at the headquarters in Sundbyberg, with additional offices in Sundsvall and Sollefteå.

The unit is responsible for representing the Network division as a client for facility measures and synchronization with the Systems division's needs through a joint needs analysis. The unit is responsible for reinvestment planning of Svk's facilities. The unit is the Network division's client for the following main areas,

- Reinvestments

- Steps and touch measurements

- Measures carried out within the Management Measures program

Job responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, among other things:

Coordinating and ordering facility measures for execution. The role involves working as the Network division's client representative for facility measures to various programs. This means receiving and coordinating needs from other parts of the client and translating these into an order for action. The work includes, among other things,

- Development of project directives, directional decisions, and investment decisions.

- Collecting, compiling, and registering documentation from and in our support systems.

- Cross-functional contacts internally.

- Administration of incoming referrals to the unit.

Mandatory requirements

Education:

• Academic university or college degree, at least at the bachelor's level, with a focus on economics or law.

Skills and experience:

• At least 8 years of work experience in administrative work in support systems within government operations
• At least 4 years of work experience in the electricity grid and energy sector
• At least 2 years of work experience in ordering project measures
• At least 2 years of work experience in developing decision support documentation

Value-added requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in working with technical guidelines within the energy sector.
