About Us

The Roads & Infrastructure section consists of 140 colleagues in 12 offices across the country and works for a national coordination of resources, tender work, delivery, technology development, and knowledge transfer. With our broad expertise in investigations, traffic, road technology, road design, as well as the establishment and delivery of road plans and construction documents, we operate within all disciplines and stages of road projects.

Our high capability in assignment management and control in multidisciplinary assignments makes us the client's first choice in early stages and effectively win tenders in the later stages of projects.

About You

As a project manager, you will be responsible for developing our relationships with clients and overseeing sales, implementation, completion, and follow-up of assignments. The assignments often involve many disciplines and range from smaller street projects to large infrastructure projects in all stages, from early analyses and consultation documents to construction documents. Therefore, you should have the following experiences and skills. You:

• are currently working as a project manager or design manager and have done so for at least 5 years, preferably even longer
• have experience with the Swedish Transport Administration as a client
• have managed at least one road plan and/or construction document
• have experience with complex infrastructure projects, primarily in road and infrastructure
• have good knowledge of AMA, MER, and ABK09
• have excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English

We believe that you are an educated civil engineer, engineering graduate, or have equivalent industry-related work experience.

As a consultant and person, you are:

• interested in both technology and leadership
• business-oriented and customer-focused in your approach
• structured with a good ability to prioritize and organize
• communicative and pedagogical
• not afraid of new working methods and readily utilize AI and other efficiency-enhancing technology
