ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 50% for our client in Malå. Working hours are primarily weekdays from 14:00 to 21:00, with occasional weekend shifts. In this assignment, you will work some shifts together with a colleague.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a teenage girl who needs your help as an assistant in her daily life. Your goal is to support her based on her needs, so she can live an independent and active life. She enjoys being outdoors, and you will help her make this possible in a way that suits her.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and has the ability to analyze and understand individual needs. You are attentive, flexible, and take initiative, while also having a solution-focused and engaged approach. It is important that you can work both independently and in a team. Personal suitability is highly valued, and the client prefers female applicants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license and access to a car.

Employment rate: 50%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
