We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and responsible personal assistant for a man residing in Skellefteå. In this role, you will play a central and crucial part in facilitating his daily life and improving his quality of life. You will assist with personal hygiene, care, mobility, and provide support during training and household tasks. However, this job is not just about practical help – you will also be a social support. Together, you will share interests such as hockey, music, and good conversations, creating a safe and joyful atmosphere that makes everyday life easier and more meaningful.

The position involves a fixed schedule starting in April, with a workload of 70–80%, including on-call duties.

We are looking for a secure man with good physical fitness. Your personality and ability to adapt to our client's needs are crucial. Previous experience or education in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. Flexibility regarding working hours is a must, as the position involves work at all hours of the day, with the possibility of short-notice shifts.

• Start Date: Immediate.
• Workload: 70–80 %.
• Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately one month of hourly employment before the regular workload is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Shifts: Varied shifts with on-call duties.
• Extra help as needed: We are also looking for hourly employees who can step in extra both now and during the summer.
