We are now looking for a personal assistant for a younger teenage girl living in Skellefteå.

The position is between 60-70% with a great opportunity to adjust your schedule according to your preferences. We offer day shifts, evening shifts, and also awake night shifts. If you, as an applicant, are possibly interested in working extra or fewer scheduled hours, that can also be of interest.

However, you should be able to work most of the summer.

The Assignment:

Our client is a teenage girl with significant care and support needs. As an assistant, you will help with everything from hygiene, transfers, communication, and ensure that the client has a meaningful everyday life. The work is done both independently and with a colleague, as the client requires some double assistance (two assistants present).

The client has assistance around the clock, and during the night, the work is of a supervisory nature as the client uses CPAP and may experience seizures.

Applicant:

You should be a service-oriented woman with a childlike spirit. You need to be responsible and proactive, as well as skilled at creating and maintaining relationships.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in care or another relevant background, as the client has significant care needs (preferably experience with CPAP and seizures).

Additionally, a driver's license and access to a car are a significant plus.

The position will start as soon as possible, and training will begin upon agreement.
