In the nature-friendly area of Fröslunda lies Fröslunda Health Center with approximately 13,500 registered patients. We are about 53 employees working together. We are now looking for a licensed psychologist with a cognitive behavioral therapy focus.

Your Responsibilities

As a psychologist with us, you play an important role in the work of primary healthcare for individuals aged 18 and older. Your role includes assessing and treating mild to moderate mental health issues, primarily concerning depression, various anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma- and stress-related disorders, and sleep disturbances.

We strive to offer a quick assessment time and subsequent treatment according to a stepped care model. At the base, we offer targeted individual interventions as well as group therapy. We also work with digital healthcare solutions, such as internet-based CBT and video visits. An individual schedule is applied. You will collaborate internally with other professionals/individuals and also engage in external contacts.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed psychologist with a cognitive behavioral therapy focus. Previous experience in primary care is advantageous. You are accustomed to working with evidence-based protocols/manuals and engaging in development/improvement work. You need to have good collaboration skills as we work based on Integrated Behavioral Health. In addition, we place great importance on personal qualities where flexibility and the ability to work independently are highly valued. Experience working with various treatment methods such as DBT, ACT, UP, PTSD is a merit.
