Job Description

As a nurse at Humana Södra Stadsskogen, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the development of your colleagues' competencies, as you will train and guide the nursing staff as needed.

Examples of job tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions
• Manage and follow up documentation and deviations
• Be involved in the move-in of new clients and be responsible for the delegation of health and medical care tasks

About the employment

Working hours and degree of employment: The position involves work during daytime, evening, or night, as well as weekdays or weekends.

Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have an easy time building relationships and possess good collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has knowledge of documenting in journal systems (ICF or VIPS)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience from privately run operations
• Experience in documentation work

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
