The unit includes Skogsgläntan, Lagersbergsgården, Ekebo, Marielund, Åbacken, Odlarbäcken, Eskilshem, and short-term care.

Your position is based at a residence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work with person-centered care and lead the municipal health and medical care efforts. You will use scientifically proven methods and medical technology to provide the best possible care.

You will make medical assessments, identify risks in time, and map out what care interventions the patient needs.

The job involves close collaboration with other nurses and professional groups, both within the municipality and with external actors. Our patients have different needs and diagnoses, making the job both varied and developmental.

The units think digitally and future-oriented to meet the needs within close care and person-centered working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience in the profession. You have a driver's license, driving experience, and good computer skills. You have also worked in journal systems and have experience in mentoring or training other staff.

Experience working with the elderly is an advantage. It is also meritorious if you have worked with quality registers such as Senior Alert or the Palliative Register. If you have been involved in development work or have further education in a relevant area, that is a plus.

You are confident, independent, and enjoy working in an organization with varied tasks. You like to collaborate and are happy to take on a coordinating role. You see the whole picture and always prioritize the patient's needs.
