Disability care consists of daily activities, group homes, social psychiatry, personal assistance, and children's activities. Elderly care consists of a somatic department, a dementia department, short-term accommodation, and home care groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The areas we are looking for summer substitutes for are elderly care and disability care, with the holiday period being between week 25-34. A summer job with us means that you will gain valuable work experience and have the opportunity to create new contacts, and regardless of which area you want to work in, you will work closely with people who need support and help in their daily lives. With us, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. The work is mobile, active, and you will support individuals to become as independent as possible in their daily lives.

• Disability Care
  As an employee in disability care, you will work with varied tasks, often in everyday situations at the individuals' homes, in daily activities, or in supported housing. You will provide support and service based on individual needs, which may involve personal care, assistance during meal situations, support, and common household chores such as cleaning and laundry. There will also be motivation and implementation of social and cultural activities around and together with the individual. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, on-call night, and weekends.
• Elderly Care
  Working in elderly care, whether in home care or in special housing, means that you work closely with people and help them in their daily lives. You meet individuals directly in their homes and need to show dignity and respect for being in their residence. We work based on individual needs and provide care, support, and service. Our mission is to provide good service by activating, supporting, creating social contexts, and providing good care. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in working with people! We prefer that you have education in care and nursing, children and leisure, or as a treatment pedagogue. Even if you are currently studying, have experience in care and nursing, or are interested in working with people, you are welcome to apply. To find the right candidates, we will place great importance on personal suitability and value those who are self-driven, helpful, and enjoy working with people. You need to be responsible and committed as the work involves qualified care that meets the individual's needs. As a person, you are secure and reliable, and you have a good attitude and find it easy to collaborate with others.

To be able to work as a summer substitute with us, you need to be at least 18 years old.

A driver's license is an advantage and in some units, a requirement.

We will prioritize those who can work continuously during our holiday period, which runs from week 25 to week 34.
