The elderly care in Vingåker is a consolidated unit located in the southern parts of Vingåker's central area. Here, all expertise is gathered under one roof! Our combined expertise contributes to high service, quality care, and proximity to both colleagues and management. With us, it is efficient to reach the right person for the right matter! The elderly care consists of somatic departments, dementia departments, short-term accommodation, and 4 home care groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a nurse/community nurse for home care in Vingåker municipality. Your main tasks will be to lead and plan the daily nursing work within home care and be responsible for health and medical care interventions up to the nurse level. You will perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions for our patients. You will also work preventively to maintain health and well-being.

You are also responsible for nursing documentation in accordance with applicable legislation, routines for the development and quality assurance of nursing work according to the organization's management system for quality and patient safety. The role includes delegating and mentoring nursing staff in health and medical care interventions.

In the evenings and weekends, you will have on-call duties. Documentation is done in the database-based journal system Treserva.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you are also a licensed community nurse. We prefer that you have previously worked in the field of home care.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills, are flexible, meticulous, and responsible. As a nurse with us, we want you to be confident in your nursing role, accustomed to working independently, and able to prioritize among your tasks.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
