ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will act as 2nd Line support for the production site in Åhus & Nöbbelöv. You will be part of a small team located in Åhus. The team currently consists of two people. Here, you will work alongside two senior colleagues who will focus heavily on mentorship and training. Therefore, this role is perfect for someone who takes responsibility for their own development and loves to learn new things! A great emphasis will be placed on personality and consultancy skills, as the role is expected to continue in a consultancy capacity for an extended period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Manage issues related to accounts in Windows
• Install and uninstall machines, computers, and mobile devices
• Handle IT issues related to the production site and its staff

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a high school education (preferably in IT) and is ready to dive into something new!
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• As we are looking for a junior person, we will place great emphasis on your personality, drive, and motivation for the position. Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
