You will

As part of Group IT, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and other project managers to support a modern technology roadmap aimed at business improvement and increased customer experience. Your day-to-day work includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Nederman to drive successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for managing IT projects within areas such as Web, CRM, Commerce, BI, Integration and Collaboration from initiation to completion. Some of your areas of responsibility will include:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Be part of driving Lead-to-Order process improvements to strengthen how Nederman communicates to drive sales.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Analyze business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements, and ensure they are clearly communicated to the project team.

You are

We also expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You need solid analytical and communication skills to understand business needs and excellent project management skills to drive successful execution. We expect that you have proven experience in project management within IT, preferably from a global organization and within customer-oriented solutions and technology. A strong knowledge of both Agile and phased project methodologies is also needed. Additionally, an Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. You should also have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
