ICU Scandinavia AB is a privately owned company operating in areas such as logging, monitoring, and quality assurance

We sell automatic logging systems for various parameters to different areas within Life Science, to various units within hospitals, to research and pharmaceutical companies where our customers have high demands for documentation and traceability. We also offer tailored solutions that are adapted to our customers' conditions, their applications, and industries. Our headquarters is located in Täby, Stockholm, and a development office in Båstad, but our customers and partners are spread all over the world.

ICU Scandinavia is a company that has been represented in the market for over 30 years and currently has about 700 installations. Sweden is our absolute largest market, but thanks to several of our unique features, we are growing rapidly and today the company is represented in 25 different countries. We are now in an expansion phase where many of our customers need to upgrade their existing systems, both hardware and software, but we also have great potential in finding new customers.

Who are you, our next colleague at ICU Scandinavia?

We are looking for an IT support with placement at the office in Täby or at the office in Båstad. We believe you are passionate about technology and support. You are a bit of an entrepreneur with a strong interest in technology who is not afraid to try new methods. You enjoy being a problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

- Communicate effectively with customers.

- Manage and document support tickets.

- Collaborate with the technical team for problem-solving.

- Stay updated on ICU Scandinavia's software products and updates.

- Collect and forward customer feedback for product improvements.

- Identify customer needs that lead to upselling.

- Work with and document deviations, both internal and from customers.

- In connection with new sales and upgrades, perform configuration of the customer's system.

Your Profile

You have a short start-up time and a strong sense of responsibility. You have a great technical interest and are quick to learn. If you have a background in and experience with Medtech or IT in any form, it is a plus.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- Knowledge of Windows Server and MS SQL.

- Good technical understanding of networks, internet, and applications.

- Technical education focused on IT/applications/programming.

- Good collaboration skills, both internally with colleagues and externally with customers and business partners.

Meritorious

- Experience with Jira.

- Experience with Cypress.

- Experience with GitHub.

- Azure/Office 365.

- ISO procedures.

- Sales.

ICU develops and markets quality assurance systems based on the software, Boomerang. Boomerang is developed entirely based on the functionality requested, not based on the technology available. We are proud to say that all new features in Boomerang stem from ideas from our customers who use the systems. The hardware (sensors, etc.) that collects data is also part of the system we offer our customers; a sensor's appearance and functionality vary depending on where and what is to be monitored.

The number of customers using Boomerang for quality assurance is constantly increasing, and today our systems are used worldwide and have more than 50,000 measurement points distributed among about 700 customers.

Scope and Conditions

Permanent employment at 100% with placement in Båstad. Start date is according to agreement.
