About the Role

Do you want to work in a role where you can be the spider in the web, helping both customers and colleagues, and managing cases from start to finish? Then this might be the job for you.

As part of our small support team (two people + manager), you will receive incoming cases via a dedicated case queue every day, troubleshoot with the customer over the phone, and if necessary – prepare actions and order the right parts for our field technicians. You will also provide support to technicians in the field when they encounter problems. The work is varied, the pace can be high, and you will quickly face new challenges to solve.

You do not need prior experience – the most important thing is that you have a technical interest, a willingness to learn, and a genuine service mindset. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and will give you the time and support you need to settle into the role.
