Demab AB, currently owned by Solwers, was founded in 2007 and operates in industrial automation technology. The company's office and workshop are located in Helsingborg, in the Berga area. Customers are both local and international, with a presence in 32 countries worldwide. Local customers primarily consist of export companies and fixed facilities in areas such as energy and water management. With experience and references from a wide range of industries and sectors, Demab helps its customers deliver everything from small electrical cabinets to turnkey automation plants.
Demab's strength lies in its ability to integrate the assembly of electrical cabinets, installation, electrical design, programming, commissioning, and project management within a small, collaborative team. This leads to shorter lead times and higher quality in projects, as designers, programmers, and assemblers work closely together and drive projects in a strongly coordinated process.
Job Responsibilities
As a junior system developer at Demab, you will work from the office in Helsingborg, collaborating closely with your development colleagues to solve technical challenges and effectively assist customers. Projects vary in size and complexity, primarily within the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. You will have a broad area of responsibility and the opportunity to develop your skills in automation, application development, cybersecurity, and system development. You will be involved in the entire development cycle for system solutions, working on everything from system design and integrations to security and performance optimization – both for new and existing systems.
As you gain a deeper understanding of the systems, you will take on more complex development tasks, including both further development and new development. The role offers significant opportunities for personal development and allows you to be a key player in influencing the company's technical direction.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Education in automation, mechatronics, computer science, or a related field
• Knowledge of SCADA (Ignition, SIMATIC Unified), DCS (800xA, PCS 7), Visual Studio, C#, Python, SQL databases is advantageous
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• B driver's license

Location: Berga, Helsingborg
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 9 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Demab. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or direct employment with Demab.
