Job Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities will include the following:

Planning and Strategy

Define project goals and scope in consultation with stakeholders.
Create project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify resource and competency needs.
Risk management and strategies to minimize issues.

Management and Coordination

Coordinate and lead development teams.
Hold regular meetings.
Ensure the project adheres to established deadlines and quality requirements.
Communication with customers, suppliers, and other departments.

Technical Understanding and Problem Solving

Understand and interpret technical specifications.
Support the team with technical obstacles and challenges.
Ensure that the right technical tools and methods are used.

Budget and Resource Allocation

Manage project budget and ensure costs remain within limits.

Quality Assurance and Delivery

Ensure that project results meet requirements and specifications.
Document and report on project progress.

Compliance and Documentation

Create and maintain project and process documentation.

Final Delivery and Follow-up

Conduct project evaluation after delivery.
Document lessons learned and areas for improvement for future projects.
Ensure smooth handover to operations and support teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:

180 ECTS credits in a relevant field.
Several years of project management experience.
Led digitalization projects.

Desirable:

Led digitalization projects within the urban development sector.
