Code Development, Design, and Analysis

As a senior software developer, you will primarily be a code developer and drive issues related to the realization of architectural principles, design, and code quality. You will be part of a development team where you are expected to take a leading position in the team's technology choices and design, working together with other software developers in different teams. You are expected to navigate from containers and application servers to user interfaces and collaborate with others in the team on continuous integration, analysis, technical testing, and test automation. Examples of tools and technologies you will encounter include Java, JavaScript, Vue.js, Git, OpenShift, SonarQube, NexusIQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is crucial that you have a strong security awareness to work with us.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has at least 3 years of experience in IT development or digital services
• acts on their initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has a systematic and meticulous work approach
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you

• have experience in back-end development with Java or another object-oriented language deemed equivalent
• have experience with DevOps, container technology, or OpenShift.

Other Information

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required.
