About the Role

As a Linux Operations Technician, you will work with daily operations and technical problem-solving, as well as developing and improving the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Install and update the company's software, both at customer sites and in a SaaS environment
• Troubleshoot through logs, databases, and files
• Configure certificates
• Communicate with customers regarding installation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Work in the company's support system and manage cases related to troubleshooting, requests, and new features
• Have overall responsibility for future development in the operations area

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience in IT operations
• Has experience from public sector and/or security-focused environments
• Is proficient in Linux/Unix, MariaDB, and MySQL
• Has experience with networks and network traffic, as well as a strong security mindset
• Is technically curious, flexible, and self-driven
• Thrives in a non-prestigious environment where initiative and responsibility are encouraged
