Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and business objectives

Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals

Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with technical staff

Design IT systems and integrations ensuring the right architecture and functionality

Support new technology implementation and digital transformation

Building AI infrastructure

Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects, providing actionable recommendations for automation initiatives

Recommending the best AI tools, big data frameworks, and deep learning technologies to fit business growth needs

Developing and delivering AI training sessions and workshops

Staying updated on AI advancements and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations

Contributing to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization to enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Train users in new and existing IT systems

Provide assistance with technical issues

Revise existing systems and suggest improvements

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as IT Consultant

Python programming, Generative AI and Deep Learning

Prompt Engineering

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) methodologies

Good knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI algorithms and Vector Database

DevOPS and Automation

Experience with various operating systems and databases

Experience in project management

An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

Customer service orientation

Interpersonal skills

BSc in computer science, IT or similar qualifications; Master's degree is a plus

Professional certifications are a plus but not mandatory
