We are now looking for an experienced employee for our client in Malmö. We are looking for a driven, competent, and engaged person who wants to shape the future of IT and digitalization together with our client.

About the role as a 3rd-level technician

In your role with the client, you will be part of their fantastic team of consultants and employees and contribute to the solid expertise and experience that exists today. In a mix of management for existing customers, ongoing customer assignments, and new implementations, you will find your role with our client.

With us, you are not always recruited for a specific detailed role, but rather for your skills and potential. The tasks vary depending on the area you specialize in, but in this role, you will work in-house with infrastructure, security, and be responsible for backups.

The main tasks for you starting in this role are to deliver customer satisfaction. We create customer satisfaction by being adaptive, responsive, and technically competent. We place great value on being at the forefront of technical knowledge – as well as coaching and conveying all the good that new technology brings. About you We are looking for someone who is willing to take the next step in their career and wants to contribute with their knowledge and broad expertise to facilitate for the company’s customers. You are customer-focused, feel comfortable communicating with people, and can explain technical functions and problems on multiple levels. We also see that you are solution- and results-oriented and passionate about providing top-class service to customers.

To fit into the role, you have a strong drive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a desire to change and develop. We also have high demands for you to have strong social skills and be good at collaborating and are used to working independently.

We also wish that you have a well-documented education or other documented experience in the field.

We would like you to have experience in these areas: - Enterprise backups such as Veam or similar - Firewalls and firewall rules - VPN tunnels - General knowledge of MS365, preferably with security knowledge

To be considered for the position, you need to be able to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.

Own responsibility and the willingness to drive your own daily work.
