Knowit Core is now looking for a technical project manager who wants to drive exciting projects with us. Are you a structured and methodical person in your work and have experience in managing software development projects with a twinkle in your eye? About you and the role We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in managing software projects, with multi-million budgets in complex environments and long-term customer relationships. We would like you to have practical experience of both agile and waterfall methodologies. You are accustomed to requirements management and risk analysis, as well as being able to follow up project budgets and produce invoicing documentation. If you also have a background as a developer that enhances your technical understanding, we see that as a significant advantage. You work in a structured manner and are motivated by achieving your project goals. We find it particularly interesting if you are certified in project management, for example, PRINCE. It is also advantageous if you have worked in both the private and public sectors.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help our customers define goals and lead the work to achieve them together. You will also work closely with our developers and contribute your own ideas to our strategic work. In short - we are looking for someone who is excited about influencing and taking their own initiatives!

As a person, we believe you are relationship-driven and consider self-leadership an important part of your role. You enjoy working closely with many people in different roles and have a good ability to coordinate work, both for yourself and your colleagues. Of course, we also hope that you, just like us, think that the team and fun projects are the most important things we have! Our customers speak both Swedish and English, so you need to be proficient in both languages, spoken and written.
