Application Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)

Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable application consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to implement, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, thereby supporting their business processes and digital transformation.

Possible locations: Malmö, Kalmar, Gothenburg.

Your future responsibilities

In this role, you will implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions according to client requirements and business needs. You will conduct requirements gathering and analysis of the client's business processes to create tailored CRM solutions. Advising and supporting clients to optimize the use of Dynamics 365 CE to improve business efficiency is a natural part of the role, and you will test and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality and functionality.

Additionally, you may lead workshops and training sessions for users and internal teams. We also expect you to stay updated on news and developments within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other relevant technologies.

Qualifications for success in this role

We are looking for someone with experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) or similar CRM systems. You have knowledge of business processes such as sales, customer service, and marketing, and how these can be supported through CRM solutions. You have experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft tools.

You have the ability to work independently as well as in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, and you possess problem-solving skills and a customer focus. You have a relevant university degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience.

Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related areas are a plus. Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systems is also an advantage. Experience working in agile methodologies is desirable.
