Our client in Malmö is now looking for a driven IT Support Technician to join their team, where you will be part of a group of colleagues who together handle the company's IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. As part of the team, you will solve users' IT problems big and small, escalate issues to other workgroups within the department when necessary, follow up on ticket management, and document solutions to streamline your work. In the role of IT Support Technician, you will work with several services and collaborate closely with your team. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT – perhaps you have built your own computer or love troubleshooting technology.

For this role, we expect you to have experience in:

• At least one year of work experience in a service desk
• Troubleshooting in a Windows environment
• Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft 365
• Ticketing systems, e.g., ServiceNow
• Intune
• We also expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

You are self-driven, attentive, and eager to share your knowledge to strengthen the team. Being punctual, leading by example, and having a solution-oriented attitude are some of your key traits.

Start: Immediate start, considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and ongoing.
